Our Story

As one of the fastest-growing repair and maintenance companies in Boston, we heard the maintenance struggles of many smaller condo associations and landlords. Their buildings were getting run down, necessary repairs weren’t happening due to lack of vendors or scheduling difficulties, and when vendors did show up, they often did poor work. It became a full-time job for trustees and property management companies to schedule repairs and recurring maintenance.

Our family both owns and helps manage hundreds of properties across Greater Boston. For over a decade, we only serviced our own buildings because of the coordination complications with new buildings, clients, and one-off repairs.

Everything changed when an association managed by a good friend asked for help with maintenance only. They had about 5 hours of recurring maintenance and repairs each month, were spending tons of time finding vendors, and struggling to stay within budget with expensive per-project bids.

The idea of splitting the time of one of our full-time staff members struck! We determined what needed to be done and what they could afford. It worked so well they referred us to another building in need—and that’s how SplitSuper was born.

What if I need more hours than my subscription?

No problem! You will only pay for the additional hours based upon your current hourly rates of the program

Can I change my subscription choice?

Absolutely, you can change your subscription up or down with 30 days notice

Is there any charge for cancelling my subscription?

No, we are so confident you will find value in having your own super that there is never a charge for cancelling

How do I pay for our super subscription?

It is easy, when you sign up you can pay via

a credit card or pay directly from your bank account.

Are you supers insured?

Yes, every one of our supers is insured for $1,000,000 in general liability as well as workers compensation

Do you offer a guarantee on work?

We guarantee for 30 days that you will be happy with the service of your super. If not, you won’t pay for the hours all you have to do is email our support team with pictures and an explanation of the issue. A super will either fix the issue or you won’t have to pay for it.

What work doesn’t have a guarantee?

Of course, some repairs may only be temporary, when they should be replaced instead such as Roof repairs or the Resetting of garbage disposals which don’t come with a warranty. Otherwise, other recurring services such as cleaning, changing light bulbs, or facilitating a delivery are easy to
